To be eligible, entrants must:

- Reside within Australia
- Make a minimum purchase of $250 (inc. GST) on Clipsal Smoke Alarms and/or Clipsal Lighting in a single transaction on the Sparky Direct website & must be reached after any discounts are applied.
- If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or partially refunded and the final total falls below $250 inc. GST, the voucher will not be issued, or may be voided if already supplied.
- No entry form is required — eligible orders are automatic.

- Orders must be placed within the promotion period as defined on the campaign materials to be eligible for this offer.

- The $330 (inc. GST) minimum spend must be met in one transaction.
- If returns or adjustments are made that reduce the order total below $330, the free shipping benefit will no longer apply and shipping charges may be deducted from any refund amount or charged separately.

Amendments & Cancellation
‍Sparky Direct may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion or these terms at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will be conducted under the same process.
